I just watched that one a few minutes before you posted it. Super informative.
So smoke came out the hoses of the valve, they got new clamps. It seems to be operating normally, opens when activated. So I started the car and LTFT looked better, 4.something. So I put the intake back together and bolted the valve back on and ran it. LTFT went right up to 30+. What I'm seeing is the AFR commanded is steady, but the AFR measured will come up a hair, STFT jumps up, LTFT then climbs AFRm drops again, STFT drops, LTFT stays put. AFRm creeps up, STFT jumps to bring it down, and LTFT just sits at 30. I think the AFRm is inaccurate, i just don't know why. |

I can see LTFT and STFT drop way down at high RPM, thats classic vacuum leak. I just gotta find it

Does the Edelbrock kit come with a new PCV valve like the FA20 WRX valve? The Harrop kit routes the PCV valve hose (all hoses) to the vacuum in front of the blower, so it never sees boost. Any chance your PCV is seeing boost?

The right rear PCV hose routes foreward to the nose of the SC. So I dont think it's seeing boos. It also doesn't replace the PCV or upgrade it. The plan today: water test for leaks vaccum test brake booster Smoke test from brake booster through SC Smoke test from BPV trough SC I'm also going to run it without the K&N filter... I'm still wondering if thats screwing up the MAF I can't wait to find the issue so I can feel stupid for missing it, but at least I'll be done. |

I did notice my O2 is reading at 2.2, even with the engine not running. I'm wondering if it got gummed up during the initial run cycle, I had in mind it should be at 3.3, or is that elevation dependent? Sprayed everything with water, no slurping and no idle changes. Pulled brake booster hose, it held vacuum while running (no FT change,) and dropped but held steady after shutdown, so it should be fine. I tried swapping the MAF harness back to the original one, made no change, but I noticed the new harness is a four pin and the original is five, maybe the wrong harness? Damn, I'm legit considering taking it to a shop. I really hate doing that, feels like a slap in the face, but I'm stumped. |

A bad o2 sensor is possible. A bad injector or poor a/f ratio condition could cause a bad o2 sensor and vice versa, which is the bitch of it. I'm not really following you about the MAF harness. Also, you mentioned originally that the MAF was good at 12.8 psi, but did you mean MAP, and if it is MAP, 12.8 psi seems high for that altitude. Max boost should drop at altitude. Is this a used kit or new? You are running the stock 3.25'' pulley, right? I'm always confused by the Edelbrock vs Harrop kits. Same TVS 1320 supercharger. The Harrop runs a 9 5mm pulley which is like 8 psi. I am running an 85 mm pulley, which is like 12.5 psi. Edelbrock states their CARB pulley is 3.25'', and it states max 9 psi, but 3.25'' is 82.55 mm, which is smaller than my 85 mm pulley, so it should be more boost, but maybe the kits generate different boost levels with the same pulleys. Yet, I thought most people are seeing 11 psi +/- on the stock pulley. https://ww3.arb.ca.gov/msprog/afterm...o/d-215-93.pdf Just for reference, I was hitting high duty cycles on my setup on a Delicious Tune with the stock injectors and running lean. They didn't want to raise direct injector duty cycle more than a determined max, so my ports were over-doing it. I ended up getting larger injectors. Eventually I went to E85, but the larger injectors solved that issue. Just saying.

Something like this is easier to see, but I don't see anything in boost from your upload. Was this log with you just idling the car and revving it? Is that an erratic idle?
