if u buy used, i think u have to start smogging it every 2 years thereafter? At least that's what i heard... my 2 years of ownership is coming up next April, so i'll know for sure if this law still pertains on used cars

this is also what I understand reguardless of what MY. Example if you buy a 2017 used off a lot or anywhere I believe the 2 year rule now applies to that car..
