Yeah I looked at it, the BRZ has a few scallywags buying it then doing stupid shit to it. The FRS seems to have more than a few people fucking it's image up.

It's because the FRS is a little cheaper. The BRZ's rarity does play into it some but it's mostly because the other car is cheaper.

I think price plays a little bit into this, but I'm not really buying that price is the major factor, and I still think it's down to availability. According to Truecar.com, the national average sale price of a BRZ Premium 6MT is 25835. FRS is 25436. Not a whole lot of difference there and 25 grand ends up with nothing, but 26 grand will get you either. However, Autotrader right now has 105 new 6MT FRSes listed within 200 miles of me, reasonable traveling distance IMO. Within that same 200 miles there are only 10 new BRZs. Only 2 of those are the Premium models.

Definitely correct. Scion owners never seem to break the habit of spending 1% less on things, and it really reflects in the quality of their builds. It's really a shame, because I bought this car based on image alone.
