I have the limited model just like you. So I got the premium cover (without the foglight cutout) and cut out the inner plastic of the cover (see image). My hks oil cooler comes with a metal mesh for venting out air post oil cooler where you'll have to cut out a section of your wheel well (see image). I still have the foglight on the driver side :P |

I think vents behind the fenders to let hot air out would be my next. Cheap and easy mod

30 weight oil, open up the front (fog light), the rear (inner liner of fender) and the top of the fender (fender vents) and you should see a drastic decrease in oil temps and a good gain in pressure.

Well I took the time today to get to work. I removed the foglight and added a piece from Verus's brake ducting kit to direct air towards the cooler. And I added an exhaust vent in the wheel well. Hopefully this helps some with my oil temps

The inputs and outputs you've implemented probably will help, but you really need to maximize the air flow across the heat exchanger. Kits like the Greddy and HKS for the 86 provide a path in from the opening in the front of the bumper to the input side of their oil coolers. That's a good starting approach, but you need to make sure that the path out the backside is flowing air as well. If the air doesn't have anywhere to go after passing through the heat exchanger it will inhibit the overall flow of air. To get this setup you may have to cut more out of the fender liner behind the bumper.

I could try cutting open some of the slits on my fog light bezel, but I'm open to other suggestions

I'd use an approach similar to what @Bunchh did. Maybe order another non-foglight bezel and modifiy it? Also, if you can fabricate a shroud on the entry side to the heat exchanger to force in input air into the exchanger, and not allow it to have a route around it, that would probably help.

This is what I did for my AT cooler, similar to what you might do for your oil cooler.

Alright got one step complete today, opened up the front a good bit more. Just need to open up the back more, also picked up a fan I might try on the cooler.
I was able to adjust how the cooler was mounted and moved it further up (towards the headlight), out (towards the fender), and forward (towards the foglight opening). Looking at it I already see room for improvement, but its a big step up from where it was.
