everything is weird when you cross over into different car cultures, especially when you have been so accustomed to one. The FRS/BRZ/86 car culture would be the weirdest of them all..we have so many cultures coming together on this forum..it is a bit weird and people feel weird because their views may be not similar to the next poster, but i feel sorta refreshed.

Bro, I came straight from Supraforums!!

New Supra Owner, "Yeah, I got a single that's pushing 17lbs, I dynoed at 550 to the wheels..."

Veteran Supra Owner, "LOLZ WTFBBQ, is that a 67mm? I've seen Civics make more power... My T88 is pushing 950 to the wheels at 28lbs"

I dare not go to SF and exclaim my excitement for 170rwhp....

BTW, this is for the lulz. Not all Supra owners are asshats...

Yes, it would actually!

Thankfully I have a nice low-mileage 97 TT 6-spd in my garage that I am keeping from the power madmen... It has down+mid piping and an exhaust but that's it, and I have all the stock parts in my garage...

(Oh, and the respect that women posting in their OT get, too. 'Tits or GTFO.')

Yeah, it's a mind screw for me. Most of my guys come to me for my destroker/long rod setups where a 600+whp 35R setup is the small setup. I still am wating for someone to slap a 100+lb/min on one. Guess I'll be the first one doing that for this year's Standing Mile fun.

Now on the otherside, I'm planning on a doing a 300bhp'ish NA four for this car...which just screws with my head.
I can see is now...'Here are two 4-cyl Subaru boxer engines. That one puts down 4-digits and this one about a fourth of that'

Of course two very different uses. One is for Time Attack/Drag/Stanind Mile...the other is for fun and punchy driving. Nothing that makes you want to shit your pants

^^^so true. The next comes at the track when you are hungry for the corners but you're stuck in a slow car...so you have time to yawn, check your mirrors (so you can point people by), pick your nose, have a drink...and still anticipate arriving at the next turn

joking of course but I do love corners but I also love the feeling of leaving a corner under heavy throttle and being pinned into the seat-back AND against a bolster while you start steering out of the corner and are ready to start tossing counter steer if the rear is coming out

Then again, my serious corruption started years ago with Formula SAE...
