Also use covolvers. If you're not using covolvers you're not unlocking the potential of V4a IMO. The best I've found is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2439254 fyi majority do not work for me. But BBE-2 is the best of the ones that work. Also towards the bottom of your v4a options there is an option for max output did you try turning that up? Hope some of this helps! |

![]() I'm using the bottom one. Not many options in that version. To test amp/sub I hooked up RCA to my phone and it thumped clean and hard. Sent from my SM-N920T using Tapatalk Removed it and having trouble adding back. Last it addled new what cpu and I just choose the last one. ![]() Last edited by DC2R; 01-09-2016 at 07:13 PM. |

I see, I am not using the Xhifi version because they no longer update it. When you go to the official site here:
http://vipersaudio.com/blog/?page_id=48 I use this one: FX version v2.3.4.0 (Android 2.3~5.0) and in there is a 2.3 and 4.x version. I installed the 4.x version. Works perfect |

The app works fine on my phone / tablet but struggling to get it to connect to the dashlinq.. ![]() ![]() connection from in the app seems to go ok, though it notes "connected to phone" though when i go into the bluetooth settings it is as a obd device and shows as disconnected Am i missing something or am i looking at a need to root it? (hope not as havent got a clue on rooting!!! Thanks Neil |

Finally got my camera connected. Couldn't find anywhere good to run the wire. I have 2 cameras but 1 would require i cut a hole in car to push through. I pulled the surround piece off and ran the cable for this one for now. Ran cable through the license plate light but it doesnt seat fully. Any ideas?
I had to remove my LED license plate bolts due to being to wide to fit through the camera mount points. I already had to drill out my license plate and frame lol. I MAY just drill a hole and mount the other camera but not sure about having the camera set off to the side... ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by DC2R; 01-20-2016 at 10:39 AM. |

On my BRZ Limited I was able to run the wire to the side of the light and have it sit flush without cutting/drilling, but my wire went to the left of the license plate light whereas yours is to the right. I'm not sure if maybe theres more space towards the left of the light, but your wire may just be too thick. It might be worth a shot to try.
Also in case you didn't know, you can run the wire from the trunk lining to the inside of the car through that rubber grommet on the left of your first picture. |
