And to answer your question about the springs I feel like for the amount it helps with the "handling" and how it firms up the ride making the car rotate better it really doesn't harshen the ride quality as much as you'd expect. It's a great value

Where in jersey you at
Thanks for the answer!
Sorry I read your reply but then I didn't know how to get back to your thread after I exited it out lol -_-

I live nearby Wayne. I see you're at N NJ, too?

Thanks for amazing pics.

And I'm torn between KW V1 coilover or just the springs now.. we'll see

I also want to get those wheels, too and I can't even find used ones because I'm assuming not lot of people are buying them from Japan with such price!!

I think I will probably go with SSR's new cast wheels- GTV02

Here are some pics I took a while ago and today after a car wash (water on the car's surface was turning into a sheet of ice as soon as I sprinkled water lol...)

Nice! Thanks for the pics too actually, I've been really contemplating how I want my rear badging to go. I have the rear STi badge but have been deciding on where to put it on:

1. Putting it to the right of the license plate on its own.
2. Putting it at the the top left (similar to yours, and also matches tS location) on its own.
3. Putting it along with the BRZ badge (exactly like yours).

I'm definitely leaning towards how yours is. I like how the actual tS STi emblem is curved to match exactly the curvature of the trunk in that location.

So much inspiration in here. When I get mine I'm going with upper left corner of the trunk for the STI badge. I'm saving for the lower right corner for the tS badge if I can ever get one (in my lifetime). Thanks for the info on the trunk curvature. I was just going to get the non-BRZ tS STI badge, but hadn't considered the specific design quality.

I was originally thinking about putting the badge where tS badge is but I thought putting it on the left would balance letters out and look nice.. and it does look nice! (And btw, the STI emblem is curved. At first I thought it's bent but it probably isn't.. it's just bent to follow the curve of the trunk where BRZ tS' STI emblem goes.

Anyways, you can call me dumb, because as you see in the pic now that I look at it more and more I should have placed STI a little higher and towards right a little more!! GAHHH LOL

I only aligned "I" which is longest in terms of height and tried to line it up with BRZ but it seems like I failed.

And I ordered a new badge... smh (cost me $60.. let me cry in the corner first before I continue) one of the member did find me the 3M product that puts the emblem back on with adhesive but it's $30 so I thought I might as well get a new emblem. lol........

Good luck placing your emblem!! Don't be like me and order another one

Yes the STI emblem is curved so it fits perfect on upper-left part of the trunk

It is one hell of an expensive emblem but I think it makes my car look....... fast....... (adds 20+ hp lol)

I'll leave it to those who stare and question at my STI badge from the back whether or not my car is boosted lol

Yes.. when my new STI emblem comes I'll be using blue masking tape, a ruler, and a person to stand back and tell me if it's aligned or not to make sure I won't have to debadge the emblem again.

It started to snow here and I was blowing the hair dryer really loud to melt the adhesive on the STI emblem.

I can assure you that the adhesive on the STI emblem is one hell of a tough b****.

At first I thought wow I'm never going to take this off in my life.

It took me good 40 minutes just to take the emblem off and I had to actually break it in half to make things a little easier -_-

Anyways.. after I took off the STI emblem, I could see the paint itself.. (the whole surroundings of STI emblem) was pushed in a little, too..

I hope I won't have to do this again, it's PITA!

Make sure you guys use blue masking tape and whatever resources available to make sure you get it right the first time

Anyways, result: force used. lol........ I feel so bad.. that's my $60!!!!! :cry :

Oh man that's awesome!! lol
I wish I had done the proper job of placing the logo in the first place but..

I think I'll leave the BRZ letter just in case though.
Knowing how NJ cops can be douches and do something about my car not having the name of the car.. lol

Little novelty item added. This is the red leather access key cover that STI puts on its recent tS cars:

Do you mind PMing me about the price on those wheels?
I can only find them on japanparts but they're so expensive!
Wheels are like ~1600 plus there's 400 for shipping and.. more importation fees and such? O_O

Just get the ASGA Spirit replica wheels. Around $900 shipped. 18x8 +40. 21 lbs each.
@DSOmegaX, car is lookin' hot, bruh. I wish you had kept the BRZ badge with that STI badge.
