After looking at it in the day light and taking it to a tire shop, the wheel is alright. However, since there are small gashes on the side wall of the rear now too, I'm just going to get a set of pilot super sport. PM me if you are interested in having a spare 3k mile OEM tire (look for ad in the classifieds tire section)

Saw a WRB BRZ Limited today on 400 south who exited on Northridge. I was in my other vehicle which is a White 4-door Wrangler with a roof rack. Was around 12:45 or so.

Yeah, 215/45/17. I didn't want to mess with the stock diameter and this will save me from prematurely spend another 1k on aftermarket rims. Be a good experiment as well to see how grip changes when I do go for 245 on wider rims. Got them mounted today and just from the short drive the car feels a lot more planted.

is that the widest you can put on stock rim?

You could do 225 tires as well. I wouldn't go higher than that except with specific tires you want to go wider with for track/autocross reasons.

That was me! I live up in Alpharetta (Exit 11), but I play basketball with some friends down there.

Drove up 75 earlier tonight with a beautiful red FR-S with a 5 Axis spoiler. We greeted each other, drove North for a few miles, and then he took the 575 exit. Dude, if you're on here, you have an awesome car lol

I never see anybody! @Jstans is the only person I've met, and we rode up to wolf creek mountain to take some turns a couple of weeks ago.

Havent hit wolf mountain yet and will have to make a trip. Headed to sylva area tomorrow and may take a "detour"

I was grinning ear to ear bro...only problem, ROCKS!!! They are all over the place up there from the ice I suppose they have had with the rain and cold weather... I plan on going up there when it warms up and some of the rocks have been washed off the road. Hell I'll even go with anyone who wants to go. I'm sure @jstans84 will go too.
