If I could make this work and pass a plug in obd emissions I'd be all set. Sadly I don't believe it is possible with that Motec setup

i was in the same spot, already had the 150 from my built fa20 when we started doing the 2j swap/package on this car and realized a 130 would work just fine and save some money. i need to match up the diagrams again but im almost positive the m130 connectors on our swap harness will plug right into c and d on the 150 ecu, then the a and b can be populated as you add more down the road. my initial harness only has c and d populated, i didn't add anything to a or b until later on.
