Clay bar and wax treatment. Wife and kids are gone for the weekend. So soon I will be going out for a steak dinner.

Me jokingly "duck facing" in the hood.

thanks

today:
I just bought: '2013 + Scion FR-S Subaru BRZ Center Console Armrest' (one with cup-holder placers)
Search Amazon.com for "blue 31mm festoon"

Install is piece of cake, gently pry down the plastic cover of the dome light with a small screw driver (two small openings toward the windshield side) And it just pulls straight down to remove.

I have these in white color and they work great. I got the 10 pack as our civic uses them too and I still have a boat load of spares.

Took me a bit to understand what you had going here. Genius to use line reflection to see the dent. Question is how did you pull it. Is the ball glued to the panel and some sort of dent puller? Need details... this is cool.

was first time doing it.. as a improviser/innovator it was done with home basic tools lying around my tool box no dent puller tools or bought special dent tools

this was on my driver side front fender btw..

used a plain white paper and used a marker to make lines using a ruler so i can see the dent..

after marking the dent i pop the 3 screws under the fender wheel cover so i can get behind it.. i used a magnet and stuck it on the back inside fender and used a metal ball diff from my RC remote control car as you can see that metal ball so i know what aera to push out the dent from the back then i put some tape so i can feel the exact aera from the back and took the magnet off.

used a hair dryer to heat up the dent a bit to make it soft and pushed the dent from the back with some rounded screw drivers tips and the end of the handle of the screw driver was nice and round that made it smooth after poking with it in a inward spiral till i hit the inside of the dent.. as i pushed on the dent i can see the lines start tot straighten up and that when i knew i was doing it

cant even tell dent is there anymore.... dent was caused by a hugh cardboard box that was blown by the wind and the corner of it hit it seems very thin fender but it was hot so i assume due to heat thats why it dented easy but now its gone saved myself like 80$ .. got a quote then i said screw the quote i got this

was not scared to do this. i knew if i screwed up i will still learn and learning from your own mistakes is the best way to learn
