If ordering now when can I expect it? September?

This is what I get for installing multiple things at once.
Totally normal for AC use, the compressor is kicking on which requires more grunt from the motor, and will transfer through stiffer mounts into the cabin.

So it's a little of both the insert and header? That makes sense.

It's going to be the change in bushing / mount.

Perfect! Gives a different perspective compared to the numerous red-line pulls and parked revving videos. I'm actually glad it was in-city driving since that is what I'll be hearing 80-90% of the time. The added noise just provides more "LA ambiance"

Installed my header + nvidia overpipe + berk catted front pipe.

Trip highlights:
-The setup is too loud for my tastes. I'm hoping that swapping the berk pipe back for stock will cut down the noise considerably.
-The header is a great piece of work, nice welds, lines up perfectly, light weight (this is good because the stock header dropped onto my chin and gave me a really cool cut.
-Nvidia's overpipe is quite nice, but I'm subtracting 10 points for sending it with 15mm bolts. Everything under the car is 10,12,14,16 and getting out from under the car to find a pair of 15mm anythings was a buzzkill.
-Lifting the engine, the primary part of this that I'd dreaded wasn't bad at all. In fact, the hardest part of this entire process was doing it alone.

Overall, pretty happy. The rumble at idle is nice. That said, my car is way way way louder than I want it to be now. I'll pull the berk pipe when I get home tomorrow. Any opinions on whether that could be my issue are welcome. I'd hate to pull the overpipe, but I'd just gotten pretty happy/comfortable with the stock exhaust noise/note and don't want a flashy loud car.

Thoughts?

you have the stock catback? You have the catted or uncatted header?

With the stock CBE it should sound close to stock... even with a catted front pipe if you went with the catted header.

Yeah, the header is catted, the front pipe is catted and the axle back is stock.

The front pipe is the berk catted front pipe and I think that's my culprit. Or I have an exhaust leak.

Could be a leak, I replaced my front pipe with a 3" catted front pipe and had virtually 0 change in sound with the stock CBE, granted that was my first exhaust mod.
