Ok if its a sprintex sc 210 unlikey it possiblt to git 20 psi boost. If your getting boost indications that high and combined with super rich My guess would be the map sensor manifold pressure sensor has gone bad , this would explain ghe rich running if its a speed density tune You rearly need to get shop to look at it |

You are logging with Ecutek. Why? Was it also tuned with Ecutek? Why are you logging it? Any problems with how it runs? The manifold pressure doesn't hit 20 PSI. It's between 0.2 and 1.36 bar. That's 5 PSI boost which seems normal for a Sprintex supercharger. 56.5 deg timing seems about right at low load and on overrun with E85 too. It's running rich as already mentioned. If you are not familiar with tuning, you best bet would be to contact a good tuner. If no one local to you with FT86 experience, then get in touch someone that can tune it remotely (e.g. www.delicioustuning.com ). Starting out with DYI tuning on forced induction doesn't sound like a good recipe for success.

The reason I asked stock tune is that loads of parameters that I would log are missing, mainly the RaceROM parameters, which tends to be the case if you log a non-EcuTek tune with EcuTek. As said by @Tor the ignition timing looks fine.

My modifications are P&L EL catted header, K&N drop in filter, Crawford BPB's and an OFT running a slightly modified stage 1 tune.
I'm noticing that the actual AFR is nowhere near the commanded at the lower rev range. Is this something that modifying the engine load would help or does it seem like there might be something else causing this? https://datazap.me/u/omnihiko/log-15...zoom=1219-1472 The main reason I ask is because the engine loads I'm logging are much lower than the limits due to altitude (Denver), and the pressure to load modification table seems to be lowering it even further. Thanks if advance for any insight/advice! |

They are used for calculations by the ECU. You are not going to get this sorted out by using load limits or load compensation. You probably need to look at the whole tune starting with MAF and AVCS. Also as I side not, I would ditch the BPBs. They don't do much for you when tuned and if anything they are counter productive to a header that is supposed to generate more top-end.

It looks like your maf reading levels out around the afr dip. That's interesting, since one of the possible causes of the dip could be the maf reading too high, so leveling out is the opposite of what I would expect. |

I've been noticing my IAM drop during normal cruise driving over the last few weeks.
Have tried different brands of gas - (CA 91). I'm linking my latest cruise log, looks like i'm getting knock when getting back on the throttle... Any advice would be appreciated, running Wayno's v130 Stage 2, cattless header + full exhaust. https://datazap.me/u/danklvr/looking...mark=3559-4038 Attaching 3 more logs taken this morning. https://datazap.me/u/danklvr/knock-c...data=2-7-11-13 https://datazap.me/u/danklvr/knock-c...data=2-7-11-13 https://datazap.me/u/danklvr/knock-c...data=2-7-11-13

Sanity check on Logs with ots 2.076...thinking of trying ots 4.0
revisiting my tune now that OTS 4.0 OFT maps are out and i am contemplating giving them a try since my current MAPs have issues logging knock correction and IAM. currently on OTS 2.076 maps with patch mods here and there with all the wealth of knowledge on these forums.
mods: JDL UEL Catted, JDL UQFP, ARK catback, Green Intake Panel Filter, South Florida Chevron 93 Petrol one from a year ago, i was running 93 Shell Gas, ~.3 AFR rich from 50 to 80 MAF, and about 0.5 AFR rich after 120 MAF: https://datazap.me/u/neilvosko/log-1...0&zoom=168-272 https://datazap.me/u/neilvosko/log-1...10&zoom=43-151 https://datazap.me/u/neilvosko/log-1...0&zoom=625-746 https://datazap.me/u/neilvosko/log-1...0&zoom=818-939 made some adjustments, plus i am on chevron 93 gas, loaded the Stage 1 MAF scale numbers basically, now, from last week, i was running ~0.3 AFR lean from 50 to 60 MAF, ~0.3 AFR rich from 70 to 80 MAF and the usual 0.5 AFR rich at high end, didnt get a chance to log >7000 RPM, but i rarely drive in that range: https://datazap.me/u/neilvosko/log-1...1&zoom=215-318 https://datazap.me/u/neilvosko/log-1...1&zoom=377-469 https://datazap.me/u/neilvosko/log-1...9&zoom=315-410 since the logs on AFR look close, i dont want to use OTS 4.0 MAF scales, i should try OTS 4,0 with my current MAF scale, which i can tweak a little. my though is to simply to adjust MAF scale i am running by increasing 50-60 MAF 3 V area by 1.25%, lean out 70-80 MAF 3.3 V area by 1.25%, and lean out high end, 4 V area by 1.25% thoughts? Thanks in advance, Neil |
