I finished off my install today! I ran the car and witnessed no fuel leaks of any sort... so now I have to order some fancy hardware, install it, shine up my engine bay, and take some official engine bay shots with my dslr. These cell phone shots will do fine for now. As always I'm the 📷...

Yes, by all means, shine up that engine bay BEFORE you take hi-res pictures .... it's a fright .....

What benefit does the 17 manifolds offer over the stock offer other than color?

That washer bottle needs to go. I replaced mine with a bag style one for brake duct clearance. It's not pretty either but at least it's more hidden. Just a thought

I believe the benefits will be had when tuned and used in a force induction setup. For NA setups there probably wouldn't be much of a benefit.

I changed out my washer bottle... it is not in the way of anything I have installed...

Is there a cap available? I know there is a cover for the dip stick and covers for the reservoir caps but I never looked for the washer cap. You could probably make one pretty easy with an oring to keep it in place. Make it like a plug?

As I got home last night after a long stint of highway driving, and just a bit past the 11.5k mile mark, I seem to have finally found my engine bay crickets. I noticed it when I pulled into my driveway and was getting ready to shut down.

Didn't realize they had the washer cap. Wish they made their caps in Orange though...

Confirmed - battery. Got it jumped, took it over to the dealer, they verified and replaced it and now I'm good. I am also safely parked on the other side of the street, as to avoid the streetsweeper. Yay.

My wallet? Not so yay, but all things considered it could have been worse.
