at least its plowed now so as soon as i can get a tow truck to pull me out i should be good to drive it into the shop. it should just be a new door, new QP, and an alightment. the tire and wheel look undamaged.. snow tires dont do shit in 3" of snow when you start sliding backwards

i was going up the hill and lost momentum and started to slide. it was like 3 mph at most.

Oh man, that sucks!!! I'm glad your ok. It's treacherous on the ice. And at 3mph, kinda hard to drive slower. Anyway, I hope the repair and insurance claim process goes well for you.

i have a 500$ deductable so it looks like i need a new door, new qp, new bumper, new wheel, and i think the tire is fine. i wonder if this is a total:

I just finished installing the OEM armrest... I’m too tired to post pics of it right now. It’s a pretty easy install, but I’m a perfectionist with my cars so I measured about 500 times and drilled once.

Hahaha. I, too, consider myself a perfectionist when it comes to a car. I remember I spent over 40+ minutes on positioning aftermarket shark-fin antenna to make sure it would sit middle of the car perfectly from all angles LOL.
