So I just came back from the drive on Red Wood Road per @PMok's suggestion and MAN, is that road fun. It was pitch black and terrifying. Tons of racoons out there at night so be careful. Didn't push it too hard but the BRZ was begging for more.

Brakes got kinda smelly after a while. I'll have to look into better brake pads.

I've found my Akina downhill.

want to explore Hwy 9? I may head down that way tomorrow. Well for anyone interested, I may head over to the Cars & Coffee at Santana Row/Winchester, and then from there take a drive.

That reminds me, anyone thinking of going to the Cars and Coffee tomorrow in Blackhawk? I've never been but I've heard good things about it so I might check it out.

Today I woke up late. I was thinking of driving up to Calaveras rd. Instead, I checked the forum to see if anything is happening today. I saw @PMok and drove up to Santana Row. I just got there around 11:20ish. I saw the word Winchester and I was suppose to make a right and into the market but I missed the turn so I made a left to do a U-turn and was getting ready to cross the intersection. Out comes @PMok 86 making the left turn I was on minute earlier. In my head, I was like darnit... I crossed the intersection and another 86 appeared I forgot what color I think it was another blue? Some guy and his girl I believe exchange a nod and I did another u-turn and drove. Of course, I don't know where they went to exit out. I GPS to big basin and I followed it. I followed a white porche 911 for a while then I exit off to Los Gatos visit the small village before Big Basin. As I follow many other cars ahead I saw a raven FRS with spyder tail lights just zoomed by. I caught it at the last second. I said ooooo. Finally, I reached the intersection and made a right to skyline and take a peak what's up there and hopefully may see them. As always, the view was gorgeous. Sometime, I want to do a drive there to watch the sunset or perhaps sunrise. One day...I stopped there. Stepped out to gaze at the view for good while. Breathing in and out the cool air. It was quiet you can hear the sounds of your own breathing. Magnificent. A lot of cars lately and very few bicyclist around. I reached Alice and wondered if I had caught up. Nope not a single 86, but myself. I spotted other exotic cars, grey-orangeish lotus. Zoomed on by passed Alice and continued my adventure. Now I'm on pagemill I believe. Drove it through and through until I reached the end. There I saw traffic and I pulled to small parking lot. I looked around and the stretch of the road filled of cars one behind the other heading towards SF or possibly hwy 1. I did a u-turn and headed back to where I first entered. I was behind other cars. The weather is sunny with blue skies. The air was cold. The view on both sides were beautiful as I cruise back home. I could see the ocean over the rocky terrain. I think a lot of people want to enjoy the weather before it gets cold? I was thinking of taking La Honda to stage rd but I'll save that another time. It trip was relaxing.
