Hipster-store-UrbanOutfitters always stock Onitsukas. If you are lucky enough to catch one of their SALE, you can get a pair for $19.99-$29.99.

So I'm looking into possibly getting a nice pair of Nike's or Adidas basketball style kicks for summer. Any recommendations? I want a pair of low tops that will go with most things and will be under $100 or so. Currently leaning towards something like this: http://www.zappos.com/nike-action-ma...ame=zap_no_res

Do any of you have what you would consider, "HOLY GRAILS"?

I'll start: with my 1980's adidas MARATHON, made in Yugoslavia

The shoes that was popularized by Biz Markie and Pos of De La Soul!

OG V's of the 90's made in the factory that is known for producing high quality hyperstrike sneakers for Nike; Feng Tay, Taiwan.
I wanted to restore these... Until I came across my greatest find(scroll below), EVER!

If you notice, you own a retro if your Air Jordan tag doesn't show this, Fresh Price of Bel Air Style!

And, the pičce de résistance!

Complete with everything; NIKE hang tag, OG Flight Club Membership application, black wrapper, OG laces, and OG lace locks

Even though those spizike's are beaters I still try to keep my beaters clean. So I would have gone converse cause the rain won't mess them up compared to the J's.

Those seem fine. They're clean, not real flashy. price is pretty good.. so I don't know what I could recommend. Unless you're unsure of specific sneaker, possibly looking for something really different, or looking for better prices?

Mine will always be the Bred XI's, but overall shoes might still go to the V's or III's in my humble opinion.

I wore the Spiz'ikes, but once I stepped and my feet slipped side-to-side, I went with the shoes that has the star on the side.

These are the Nike Kobe 8 System Mambacurial inspired by Mercurial soccer cleats so I like'em.

Anybody get grapes?

All of the stores here didn't allow camping and only went with the 10 raffle tickets 2 days prior to the release.

I slept on them, but my brother got lucky with a 9.5 through eastbay.com, which is the sister company of foot locker.

See, I knew deep down inside, you like Kobe!

I got the Grapes, I had to, since they were the first colorway of Jordans I ever got back in 1991! They were hand me downs from my aunt, that's why I got them a year late.

I was able to get mine through twitter RSVP at the Portland Nike Town, I'm happy that's fixed now! I wasn't thinking it was going to work but it did!

Those Kobes are awesome! I'm not a huge fan of the color, but the style is awesome. I really don't like Kobe, but I have a few of the VIs.
