Seriously can we keep all these 18x9.5 +35-40 offset wheels outside of the thread??? I don't know what the hell the deal with this board and not being able to comprehend what aggressive fitment is. And smh at the ones posting 8-8.5" wheels in here...

Thread should be deleted and restarted

Oops! I guess they should name this thread the hellaflush thread! 18x9.5 on 265's all around must be a very tame fitment.

I'm big fan of having aggressive wheels, and no, it doesn't necessarily mean it has to be slammed and hellaflushed. It can be just slightly lowered and with fat tires as well. So instead of going each member's build thread and check, let's have one consolidated thread so owners with aggressive wheels share their set up. We can also ask questions about offsets, width, tire sizes, etc. as well.

Requirements for aggressive are:
- Low offset wheels that sit flush with fender or poke a little.
- Stretched tires or fat tires don't matter since everyone has a different view about this.
- Slammed or slightly dropped don't matter neither since everybody has a different view about function > form or vice versa. It doesn't have to be slammed to be aggressive IMO.

***Disclaimer: I don't have an BRZ/FRS yet. Still waiting for more news and info of what is going to happen in 2014.
Seems to me, that this is the definition of "aggressive" in this thread, as stated by the op.

If you are upset about 9.5" not making you tingle inside, just scroll on.

If you can just bolt on the wheels, lower your car, and don't have to touch the factory fenders at all... chances are it's not aggressive.

most of the pictures posted are not even aggressive, for me a aggressive wheels spec should be at least +0 must have rolled to pulled fenders.

At the height I'm set at now its actually rubbing on hard bumps and such. I'll need to massage my fenders a bit, so do I qualify now? lol

no, your tires are aggressive (265) not the rims, but I'll rather have your spec than a stretch tires just look cool

sad thing about the newer gen FR cars is you can't pull off the wider lip any more without adding a over fenders

Thanks, but I really dont care if I qualify for the "aggressive" fitment title when its just based on what people perceive. I think its agressive from my point of view but then again I dont consider super low offset and extreme camber aggressive either. I consider it ridiculous.

@PRORICAN, @Shit Luck Nobody is saying excessive amounts of camber or stretched tires... Are they? Just saying 9.5 +40 isn't aggressive, flush when below -2 camber ya... But anyone that is using this car for it's "intended purpose" is going to be needing and using a lot more then that.

You can fit a 18x10 SQUARED +30-40 with decent sized rubber on this car. You just gotta be competent enough and anal to know how to make your setup fit. You probably never seen my prior vehicles though, I'll just say everyone tells me I make my car fit my wheels/tire and not the other way around.

I consider a wide ass crappy, not grippy on a rim a little ridiculous. You yourself have stated you have those shitty 265's on your wheels because you like the look, correct @PRORICAN? To be fair that's just as dumb as the guys running mild stretches on their wheels because they think it looks cool... Just sayin'

I just don't understand why people want "aggressive wheel fitment" on a FR-S/BRZ. It's a sports car, not some Honda Civic or anything. I especially laugh at the ones that make a damn 4x4 Subaru STI into something with "aggressive wheel fitment".

But to each their own..... I guess?
