While true, it can still be done. The FRS does not have the parts, but I do have the part numbers for all the parts needed. After doing this fog install what I decided to do was purchase the correct wiring harness and slowly buy the pieces needed to make it all happen. This way it's PnP.

So with curiosity i decided to take the button apart so i could see the circuit board. It seems that from looking at it, ground is separate from the other 3 so wouldn't tapping into the white work? Here is a pic of it and a diagram showing where the wires connect for better understanding.
