I'm hoping for a new door panel... Yeah... It really does. No matter how careful you are, things can still happen. </3

Wow, this thread makes me feel better. Sorry for those above who have worse "boo boo's" than I do.

I want to kill someone..
I was driving on the highway and some jackass decided to screw around and pass me on the inside shoulder. In the process, he kicked up a big rock and it hit my passengers side lower front fender. I have two marks.. one of which is deep enough that I need to get some touch up paint to avoid rust issues. I'm so pissed!!! I can understand that you're going to get some little rock chips from time to time from vehicles on the road in front of you. But to have some prick pass on the shoulder and damage my car.. I wanted to kill him!!!!

That sucks man, what a ridiculous driver! I'm guessing you didn't have time to get his plate either.

On the other side though, when you see someone coming up behind you moving much faster than you, just move over to avoid this kind of thing. Keeps traffic moving smoother anyways.

Look on the bright side, at least it's limited (99%) to the door, and doesn't run onto the rear quarter-panel. New door isn't cheap, but it's cheaper than a new door plus a new quarter-panel.

Tiny bit of curb rash on one wheel since I was sleepy and in a hurry and forgot there was a curb next to my parking spot. They're gonna be winter wheels anyway, gold RPF1's are going on next spring. Also a pretty visible amount of other people's rubber from spinning into a handful of cones at about 55mph. That'll buff out though, I just don't want to be buffing the shit out of it every time I get a little cone mark. Probably better to just leave it until there's more and then do it all at once, as opposed to doing it after every single autocross.

Meh, whatever. I bought the car for autocross and dd duty, not for babying. Obviously I don't want it to get beat up and look like shit, but I'm not going to get sad about every little imperfection. I'll probably get it professionally detailed and do some kind of paint protection before winter hits, but that's about it.

Not really a boo boo, but got my very first speeding ticket in the car 60 in a 45... It was on quiet back roads with no other cars and I was just cruising in 6th. Didn't even realized I climbed that high. The cop was pretty cool though. "I like your car!" And then proceeded asking me questions about it lol

First stone chip today. I went almost 3 months with no marks at all.

It's on the front part of the right rear wheel well. Almost looks like the front wheel kicked up the stone.

Had to happen eventually although I went almost a year with my MazdaSpeed3 with no marks whatsoever. That car was mint looking when I sold it, like off of the showroom floor.

I got a lame acorn dent. Is it even worth it to PDR it esp since my area has so many acorns in the first place?

On the other hand, does anyone know how the wet carbonfiber + fiberglass hood holds up againest acorns? Sorry can't afford the real deal.

Welcome to the "An acorn dented my car" club! I had the same thing happen a few weeks ago. Nice little dent on the hood up by the windshield...

I got two. One's not noticable near the windshield. Another right in the middle of the hood.

I got both of these just driving.
