Sharing the offset wouldn't allow anyone to copy the look... you still have to shell out for the wheels! Why bother telling us the wheel widths, then... or the tire sizes... or posting photos at all!

It's just anti-community and selfish, but whatever.

Someone did this on another forum I was on.. I forget which one (ClubWRX maybe?) and it became a HUGE joke around the forum since offsets are such a silly thing to declare "secret". Because it only takes a few minutes to figure it out. Just take the rim width and measure back from the clearance needed on the inside. There's no profit in offsets, and anyone that matters has the ability to figure it out. So the only people being hurt is the community. Which makes this a massively bad PR manever.

If anyone is really interested in his offsets, grab this worksheet from Fikse wheels:

http://www.fikse.com/wp-content/uplo..._worksheet.pdf

You know the diameter and width, a couple minutes with a tape measure, straight edge, and calculator and you'll know his offsets to within a mm or so.

BRB, gonna go delete all my offsets from my wheel threads.

If we had them they would have been posted. We deal with alot of custom wheel manufactures ( HRE, ISS, COR, DPE, ADV) and none will release this info. We will ask to ask to see if they release it and we will be glad to post them up for you guys.

Imagine the customer wanting to sell the set as a part out or going with a different set of rims. How would he sell them without being able to tell a buyer what the offset is? A closely guard secret is the methods to manufacture the rims. Keeping the offset secret is a silly idea to keep from potential community of customers. A shame really when I showed my friends and they were actually blown away by your rims. Other options out there. GLWS

Like was said above, if you actually have possession of the wheels it's easy to figure out the offset. If you don't have access to a wheel, you're basically guessing...

from this photo

you can do a pretty good job comparing to OEM and then use MATH and be pretty accurate within 2mm

not that it matters, this is the first time i'm seeing someone not releasing basic information about a wheel.

Or we can buy wheels that just state their offset...

When I get my FR-S and I want a tire/wheel combo exactly like this for the street but with 18's, would you be able to replicated this?

Part of the deal would be to keep the specs away from DarrenDriven too! j/k!

It is messed up that they're not providing the offset but I'm sure if you wanted a similar offset, they'll help you out.

This is definitely a nice street setup and only a fool would even think about running this setup on the track. What's wrong with having both.

I hate to be the skeptic, but I've seen lots of tires over the years, and from that picture they don't look like 10.5" wide rims or 275 series tires.

That looks more like a 8.5-9" wide rim and a ~235 tire. However, of course I could be wrong.

Rims do look great, all politics aside...

So you order/buy from the manufacture.
Then sell to the client.
Without you, or the client knowing offset-backspacing?

If this is the truth... WOW.

How does that work? "We want the wheel to end here, and there, this look, that look. Yeah sounds good, custom make those and send em.?!>?"

^If so you don't check for yourself when you get a custom set? Log it for future reference?
Not trying to hate. Just trying to recognize how this can be.

The pictures look fantastic by the way.
