It is definitely due to the cost. The full blown kit costs 3995 without a diff. The diff is another 1895. The Grannas kit is 3185 plus 2000 for the diff. I would never buy those. I just wanted the mounts to make things easier. Maybe I will do a Rob Dahm and steal their cad designs like he did with the Hoonicorn lol.

Got the front diff mounts removed today in prep for powdercoating. The diff housing is stripped. What a pita to remove even with a torch. Using Whiteline KDT923's for the front and KDT924's for the rear mount. Going to use KDT922 bushing lockers for the subframe for stiffening. Don't want completely solid mounts. Think this will be a good mix of NVH and less slop. All poly mounts. Also got the new pinion and solid crush spacer.

Started on upgrading the fuel cell to handle 3-4 pumps. I cut off the top of the aeromotive cell, made a 6x10 top hat and a center surge area and bought 3 DW400 pumps to install. Using a radium 3 into 1 distribution block to a bulkhead fitting then out to supply. 1 relay for each pump and the 2nd and 3rd pump will turn on at 4psi and whatever psi above that (probably 14psi) with a hobbs switch. With 3 DW400 pumps I should be able to have any amount of fuel I need. Going to pressurize the cell and check for any leaks then start closing it up. Mounting it in the new rear floor I put in. Riveted all around every 1 inch and sealed top and bottom.

Got the pumps installed on the hanger and wiring done. Just need grounds now and tank reinstalled. 3 DW400 pumps with 3 30A relays. I can upgrade the output size if needed by switching to a 10an union, 10an bulkhead fitting, and 10an fitting on the radium block.

Got the tank finished and reinstalled. Pressure tested the tank and it holds pressure with no issues. I wired two hobbs switches in to turn on at 4psi for the second pump and hopefully 12psi-15psi for the third pump. I want to run E85 and see where I am at after tuning then bump lines up to 10an if needed.
