Uh

Hmm... that's a good question. Lol

Turkey breast sammich. For a more.. "White" approach. Lol

As for a "yellow" or "Asian" sandwich I'd go for the baguette sandwich which is filled with thin slices of Vietnamese ham, picked Daikon and carrots, smeared with pate (Pig liver spread?), mayo, cucumber, coriander and a fried egg.

I'll snag a picture once I get the chance.

A new member with 1 or 2 posts is getting a lot of mentions. He's probably wondering what is going on.

@Giccin I have never had anything like that. Sounds very complex!

I can cook over campfire coals.

I'm trying to figure out steak on an apartment sized electric stove top. My success rate is a rather disappointing 4/9 right now. But I've figured out I need two grill pans and need to use two differently set burners because electric changes too slowly. I've got marks on my dials, too. And use a timer. But I've got to write down results for different thicknesses.

Not instinctive in the kitchen at all.

@Giccin PBJ it is!

Ah that's a bitch. I prefer coals, but I love the instant heat of gas. Apartment makes it hard; you got a small balcony that you can stick a 2 burner grill on?
