Too bad Subaru wouldn't bring over the Levorg Sti as it would be a great middle ground for ya.
Reason why they don’t put FA24DIT in Crosstrek is, cuz of Levorg... even though they’re not planning to bring Levorg to US (smh). Outback, Leggy & Ascent have em...

There’s a rumor that ‘22 Forster will come w FA24DIT. If that’s the case, I might be interested to buy that over Crosstrek

My 2020 started with the purchase of "new" old car, it went straight into storage.. I was hoping to get some miles under its tyres in spring/summer, never happened!!

New job in March, due to lockdown had just one day in the office.

In July, finally got rid of the OEM tyres for a new set of Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5s. Only done about 100miles. The car had its big service even though it has only done 13k miles.

Now I'm taking WFH more seriously, new desk and other gubbins ordered or have had delivered as I can't see I will ever get back into the office FT.

Toying with the idea of getting the new Dell XPS 15 2 into 1 machine. Looks brilliant but very expensive.. perhaps something for the new year.

Get some friends.
Make a team.

Other option is that there are always teams looking for drivers.

I have tried a couple times. I work with a bunch of guys who at one point were into building Honda's, so I had access to a bunch of shells, engines, and transmissions for dirt cheap. I could just never get enough other people to commit past the "okay it is time to spend money" phase. I even have a line on a 2 door E30 that had it's engine rebuilt and has been sitting in a barn for 10+ years that could probably be had within budget.

Doesn't matter now, once I get into a new house next year I will begin to prep my BRZ for W2W.

Very similar to 2019 except for CNN telling me I'm gonna die from coronavirus and if I don't its from white privilege. Then I get to see guiliani on fox news discussing voting machines with his dentures falling out of his mouth.

First part of the year was pretty quiet. The first part of April we both started working from home. A number of good things came out of that. One not putting 110 miles a day on my car plus gas and tolls. Two,, as I'm in IT, I like working from home,, get way more done. Three, is the realization that when we retire, which should be in about 15 months we won't kill each other.

Now it isn't all perfect,,, wife was just laid off and her last day of work is 12/31. Up until this year she was making pretty good money as well. Scumbag owner made her sign a noncompete to get her severance. She's been in the printing/mailing industry 40 years.. What an AH. Not a lot of opportunity for a job in big business in Key Largo,, everything is tourism related. We'll see what happens. Maybe just unemployment for 12 weeks.

Really need to get my swap finished,, she's breaking my nuts over it at this point LOL!

I'm grateful that our family has been spared from Coivd so far and feel for the families that haven't.

There is a whole industry moving to your neck woods very soon, lots of mailing and printing will be involved I'm sure.

120mile commute is pretty heavy going.. I used to do about 240mile round trip each day and I was a zombie by the time the weekend appeared!! It was horrible, driving almost 5hrs a day and doing a full day's work, yuck!!!

What industry do you refer to?? Can't imagine doing 240 miles with 5 hours of commute time. I was somewhere in the 3-3.5 hours total a day due to the traffic in Miami. Don't miss going to the office at all,,, well except for going out to lunch everyday. We had a fantastic selection of restaurants very close to the office. That I miss.

LOL I sure hope not. I think you're referring to Mar-A-Largo,, that's where his club is.
