You thought correctly, I am. But I still hard wired the camera off the cars loom. I didn't fancy trying to work with the loom, too hard!

Hmm, I was able to just take the brackets off my old headunit and install on the sides of the new unit. Do you have the single piece leather dash trim with rectangular opening? Should be a straight swap, no aftermarket brackets needed.

Anyone can help me finding the right P/N or VIN for correct 2017 silver remote buttons with phone controls? Thanks!

83154CA040 or 83154CA060

Both of those numbers show up for the 2017 Limited. Not sure what the difference between the two numbers is.

83154CA120
Is for the tS which has the black piece vs the silver.

If I had to guess, it might be whether the button above the volume controls on the left cluster says "Source" or "Mode". My 2017 Canadian brz says "Mode" but every picture I see online of a 2017 wheel says "Source" instead. No idea which is which...

Perhaps we'd need the VIN number of a car equipped with the correct remotes. I found even 83154CA110 that can be correct.
OK, this is the full list for remotes on both sides: 83154CA120, 83154CA110, 83154CA100, 83154CA060, 83154CA050, 83154CA040, 83154CA030.

Do you have voice commands and answer/reject buttons?

Small update: part number is correct, but it has the "Source" button, "MODE" button is another part, just for Canadian market. I'll check the connections...

Update: BRZ remote buttons are a straight swap with Toyota ones. All the keys work with DDX.

Whats the radio reception like for non Oz/NZ users? I'm thinking of buying one for my UK GT86 but a bit skeptical on the radio quality.

Has anybody tried Torque Pro on it yet? I know its not an approved Android Auto app but you can now use it using the XDA developers patch.

Radio reception in Italy is good, I just miss the DAB+. I still have to test the Torque app, my bluetooth adapter had problems with my Pixel 3, they seem fixed with January update.
