Just curious..... I haven't done a zero to 60 run yet since my area is so full of cops hiding around every corner. However, I was wondering what kind of zero to 60 times has any one gotten after installing their 210 Sprintex super charger? 80mm, 75mm or 69mm pulley? Stock exhaust or full exhaust upgrade?
Thanks.....

Any fitment issues on your 2017? I have a 2018 tS, and the Sprintex 210 w/o intercooler is the running contender right now. Looking for something simple and safe, for just a bit more power without putting too much strain on the motor. It's my DD (when I do actually have to drive to work), and will likely AutoX it like 2-3 times per season. If anyone else has any insight, please feel free to chime in? Thanks! |

i am currently debating whether or not to buy one of these kits from another forum member. The kit was originally listed to have around 10k miles on it but upon further research on the specific supercharger(and all of the previous owners) i have learned that it has closer to 50k miles on it. I was just wondering what the lifespan of these things are, and if it would be a bad idea to buy a kit with so many miles on it.

I would guess 55k-60k miles. The kit had 5k maybe from the previous owner since I got it used from a local guy's car.

No issue whatsoever for 60K miles , it sounds very reliable runing 210 kits with stock motor. Custom tune ?

I had the valve break off from the mount. It's plastic to metal and the plastic decided to come off. It was an easy fix doing it myself and the part was around $150-200. The second item is the intercooler reservoir tends to spit out a little fluid when running it hard. I'm not sure if the cap just can't handle the pressure or heat or if the washer inside the lid should be revised. I just put a little fluid about once a month at the same time I put a little oil in the supercharger. My belts tend to squeak until the engine has warmed up all the way. When I put a new belt on the squeak goes away for a few weeks then slowly comes back. Haven't figure this minor annoyance out yet. I pulled some of the pulleys off to clean and re-lube them but that didn't seem to help.

Do you have a link to the Ram 5.7 pulley? You only replaced the idler with the Ram 5.7?
