How can I make these fit?
I bought some wheels that are 17x8 +30 after searching for a while and I thought they were a different style but the same specs as the wheels I was looking at immediately prior. (Which were 17x8 +35) I really like these wheels and want to make them fit but don’t want to have them mounted if they’re not going to work.
How low would I have to go to make them work? Can I use springs? Can I just add some camber without lowering? (Minimal amount of camber, not really a fan of that look) They will be paired with Federal 595ss 215/45r17 (They run a little wide so it’s closer to a 225) Yeah yeah I know they’re reps but that’s besides the point. I’m on a budget. TIA Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

The wheels will fit just fine. Flush in the back, slight poke in the front. I am not a fan of those tires, but they will work too. I like higher tread wear tires for the street, because they last longer. I'm running 300 UTQG MPSS.
You will be able to lower your car with springs no problem. Get camber bolts. I have 18x8 +35 front with a 225/40. -1.5 front camber. There is enough room for a +30 offset 8" wheel with a 225 tire.

So no problems with stock suspension? The dealer was saying it might have an issue with the fender but if not that’s great. I’m keeping my stocks for winter so they won’t be on year round to make them last a little longer. Thanks a lot!

No problems with stock suspension. The wheel will fit flush in the rear. The front will fit without rubbing at stock height. If (when) you lower your car, get a set of camber bolts for the front. They are inexpensive ($15-$25 depending on brand) and fairly easy to install. I installed mine in a few minutes.
I am pretty sure that the pics in the first post for the front wheel will show the approx. amount of poke. (or flushness) The front is a 18x8 +30 with 225 tire. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26178

I use them. They are inexpensive. They center the wheel on the hub. Otherwise you rely on the lug nuts to center the wheel.

I also realized when I was putting them on that they’re 32 offset. The seller mislabeled them
