Garage
This is kind of a funny story
I had to take a road trip last weekend, and I volunteered to drive 4 people so I got a rental for the weekend and left my BRZ at my parent's garage. I dropped my sister's car off for repairs and got a free rental from the insurance. Fast forward to the end of the trip, I drove back to my parent's house to give them this rental and pick up my BRZ. The garage door motor and spring had both somehow broken and my BRZ is trapped in the garage until I can fix it tomorrow.

Also JDL V2.1 Kit is being installed on Sunday.

Washed my BRZ this morning. It was (California) cold but needed to be done and was worth it seeing the car turn white again under the wash mitt.

@Brink Got any more pics of that grill? After seeing what @BRZen did on his, I really want to do this!

This is all I have right now, can get some more pictures later today or tomorrow if there's something you want a better shot of. If I ever have the bumper off again I'll hit that crash beam with some paint (undecided what color at this point). The mesh I used is very open (75% open area according to the site I got it from) so the crash beam shows through clearly. Might not be so much of an issue with a denser mesh.

BRZen's is probably a better version for you to look at in terms of how to attach the mesh. Since mine is a 2017 the stock grille just pops out and there are little tabs all around the opening that the mesh was able to be wired to, you can see some of them in the picture here.

Got mine done by Neal @The Racers Line, but it looks like that's a bit far away for you.

Now that my quoting seems to be working again, how did you install the hella horns? Did you use the Subispeed bracket from their WRX kit or do something different? What part of the car is it attached to?

Installed my custom anarchy motive shift knob. Tried everything I can think of. This is as close to perfect as I can get it.

So much for simple mods.

You could try a spacer or a washer or something. Keep piling them on until it's perfect. Rubber would give you that flexibility to keep squeezing and adjusting

Makes for a better anti-theft device. Even if the would-be thief knows how to drive a stick they won't be able to find the gears with this mod.
