OpenFlash Support
I've been having trouble getting a hold of anyone at OpenFlash lately. I emailed them at the email address listed on their site back on February 1st with no response. A week later I sent a follow-up email and called their phone number. Their voicemail box was full and it said to email them at the same email I was originally contacting them at. Has anyone been able to contact them at all this month?
The issue I'm having is my screen cracked and it is difficult to see the bottom half of the screen. I would like to send my tablet in for screen replacement, even at my expense, but can't seem to get an answer if this is possible or not. |

Do a search on the site some have replaced their own cracked displays for real cheap if you have any mechanical inclination.

It seems like Shiv disappears from time to time communication wise. I would just keep emailing and calling every couple days. Not sure if he has employees of if its just him which could lead to delays like that.
He is also on the forum on occasion (last online 3 days ago) so maybe send him a PM here as well @Shiv@Openflash |

They're a really busy shop. Give them some time. He always gets back to me within a day or 2. Unless he's out on vacation or out of the office for other reasons.

I've always gotten a response in a few days myself. Not a fanboy either. Lol. Just a satisfied customer.

You should try to fix it. OFP does not do screen replacements, he will just ask you to buy a new one. Search my name for the thread about replacing the screen. Many have contributed different findings, and you could get a faster turnaround time for repair.
