Trunk light installation.

I am having a difficult time removing the plastic housing to get into the bulb on my FR-S, any advice? , I try to pull it out, but it won't budge. Watched vids and it seemed like they applied little pressure and was even able to remove it.

Just went and pulled mine out in 2 secs

Pictures below showing tabs(red arrows), just squeeze the cover sides around the tabs, or....

You could put a small flathead screwdriver in the tab hole to disengage the tab if it is difficult

Hope it helps

Also, replace it with an LED globe and you wont have to do this again..

squeez and pull harder. I find myself thinking I am pulling hard enough but am not too afraid breaking something. Granted, I have broken a clip here or there over the countless interior removals so YMMV lol
