I'll tell you one of the funniest tickets I got one time...

This dude from another team called in a ticket saying he can't view attachments on his mailbox in Outlook.

When I called him back he said that his friend has sent him this picture of "a beautiful hot chick" friend but when he tried to open it, it was just a placeholder. It was imperative that he can view this very important attachment right away. Then he proceed to forward me the email so that I can see what he was talking about LMFAO!

I was thinking humm instead of clearing his secure temp folder, maybe I should report this fool about viewing soft porn at work.
