I'm on my second tank of E85 and them crickets went away, for now anyway...

Not many reports on E85 so that is one way to kill them. They only like enough to get tipsy and happy not drop dead drunk.

I pick mine up tomorrow and will be putting 200miles on it and will update then or sometime Saturday after a full tank on premium 93 octane.

Quick up date: Drove over 300 miles on 93 octane and no crickets...plus it seemed...I don't know smoother. I'm not a mechanic or a tuner. I'm a driver. It just seemed everly so more responsive and nicer. I'll let you guys know more in a couple of days or so. Me, if you're at 50k get this TSB done.

Just tried to get this done at Longo Toyota, was denied because they won't have time. I would need to come back for this issue and this issue only. But come back with the car piping hot.
Update: I have an appointment with Toyota DSP for Thursday. Man they are trying to fight you on warranty work.
