I like the look of the lips, but not the roof-thing !
You are the man! lol

I really like the lip kit and its simplicity. 2000 dollar price tag though, plus export is pretty steep.

I don't like any of them. I think the BRZ stock front bumper looks the best and I like the trunk with no spoiler at all. I do however like the idea of this thread and will reference it every now and then.

If there is, please post more information about the manufacturer so I can update this with photos of their progress. Honestly I can get anything produced. it's just about interest vs cost.
If a lot of people are interested, and are willing to put down. I can make magic happen.

IMO it looks too much like a 370Z to me.

Can we make it an unwritten rule to only have real, production kits/aero in this thread?

There's a photoshop thread for all the renders and what not. I think it would be nice to have an easy reference for all the actual stuff you can buy (or has been put on an actual car) without it being cluttered by renders.

I like that roof thing. Similar to what the Lancer MR had.

Did you just call the Evo a Lancer?

It's a vortex generator. Designed to alter the airflow over the car increasing the effectiveness of the rear wing spoiler.

I noticed the vortex generator when I was checking out the wheels on this car in the other thread. I want to know if that car has seen any track days.

Does the vortex generator actually help the car with any thing?

the vortex generator is meant to cause the fluid boundary layer to become a turbulent boundary layer, keeping it attached to the layer longer before separating.

Idea: if boundary layer remains attached for longer -> reduce drag

Judging by the general construction of chargespeeds vortex generators they appear to be purely cosmetic additions.
