And he posed for pretty much all of them.

Dam. Ever think you were a good driver and then see a driver so much better you hate yourself for ever thinking that shit? Yeah.

Try timing a 72' Opel. the timing mark is a BB embedded in the flywheel, the pointer is in the sight hole through the block and those crazy Germans epect you to stick your head down by the the spinning fan to aim a timing light back there. Yeah, not happening. I got pretty good at timing the car by ear.

Learned stick on this car. I think i taught myself some weird things in the process. If I'm going down a hill and then stopped, say at a light, is it normal to just let off the brake and disengage the clutch without gas as it speeds up? I do that a lot.

Do you mean "engage" the clutch as in "let go of the pedal?" Yeah, I do shit like that all the time. Once you get how it all works you can do all kinds of cool/lazy tricks.

I was reminded why I don't comment on Facebook group posts often today.

Someone posted basically this:

Got a SL and CEL light, what about you guys?
Here's a thread for reference *posts master CEL thread*

I mentioned "you should post more details so that we can help diagnose your problems"

He called me names, I said "well cock sucking **** head, you can get those lights from an aftermarket steering wheel install, so yeah, I'd say details are pretty important."

Then it devolved from there, and he started to make fun of me for driving an "auto tragic".

I mean, I get that yeah, 75% of the time I'm trolling, but that's the shit I get when I try and be helpful? Fuck everyone. No more help from this guy anymore.

Edit: good thing I stay up later than I'd like to when I have to work early tomorrow to maybe help someone and get some feel good vibes in before bed, only for it to turn into a pissing match. Fuck me. I hate everyone so god damn much.

I blow right past those posts anymore. No desire to engage self-centered fucks that think forums are where lonely experts lie in wait eagerly to help them.
