Alamo has a Hot Lava available that I really want... but selling for $28k... No way I'm taking that markup.

EDIT: Trying to talk them down to MSRP. It's still 26603 with Bespoke, trunk mat, and 3M film though...

EDIT #2:
"Hello Gar, We tried the best I can do is the $28,198.. We are only getting one or two every three months.

Thanks and have a great day!

Bob Hendrickson | Internet Sales Manager"

Nope...

Forward him the link to the forum or to this thread. We all know they are full of crap.

Universal claims to have two on autotrader. You might check there. You can also order from McCombs; I'm still waiting on an ETA but they ordered both a raven and a firestorm for me. I'm still undecided on the color I want.

There is one listed on their site. I think auto trader said they had a hot lava one as well.

Are theirs marked up as well?

I inquired about the Hot Lava one a few days ago and they said it was already sold. Didn't ask them about prices.

In case anyone is interested, the XPEL paint protection that Longhorn got is $420 for the front bumper and $1230 for the front bumper, the entire hood, the fenders, and the mirrors. This is for the BRZ, but I imagine it would be similiar for the FR-S

i guess they got their dummy then, cause that Asphalt 6MT is gone, at least not anywhere that i could see from work (working next to the Alamo dealership is such an evil tease...)

New To Forum, BRZ Come Monday

I'm new to this Forum, been over at BRZ Forum. My WRB MT Limited BRZ (North Park Subaru) is due in Monday. Time seems to be slowing as it gets closer.

Got mine on friday from universal toyota, they sold the other white one that was available as well. If you are looking for a good deal look no further than universal toyota and ask for Jose Otero no markups and they have great service.

Here are some pics of the polar bear sitting in my garage, its funny that even though i come from a c63 amg and previously a GT-R this car is a blast to drive. I cant wait to track her @ harris hill.

My girl and I took it around over the weekend it was nice seeing people look out their cars to see what it was. There were even a few ladies hitting their friends to look at it.

Nope...
Another Alamo Toyota "Internet Sales Manager" began to call my cell phone and solicit my email from the "First 86" entry I made months ago. So, I replied by email I would be interested in a FRS 6MT whiteout with no options, no dealer add ons or "market adjustment" added to MSRP. His response was that they could get me a whiteout but there would be a $1500 market adjustment. Just sent them a reply to please take me off their mailing list...and by the way, let them know the company I work for will no longer be doing business with them on servicing the company courier car (an xB) and we'll be replacing it by purchasing a vehicle from a competitor. I doubt it will make any difference but, I'll certainly never consider buying a car there and I'll tell everyone I know about their shoddy "market adju$tment" business practice. I know they can't be blacklisted for this but...buyer beware when doing business with Alamo Toyota of San Antonio. Scion "Pure Price" is a crock at this dealership.
