I've been trying to figure out how to change the Long Term Fuel Trim values to compensate for larger injectors. However, I can not find any helpful information on how to alter the settings for the LTFM values when tuning for larger injectors. Should the value increase, or decrease for larger injectors?

If your 700/900/A00/A01/B00 in usa/Canada just run the B01 rom for C/D series cars. Their are no tuning changes in those updates it was all bug fixes for cams and idle.

Don't run the newer roms like D00 or F00 they are not compatable and this is why ecutek would have thrown up a warning message. don't force ecutek to use roms it does not want to, you only do this if your swapping in another ecu from another car.

The newer roms will not work in your car due dash and I think alternator changes. Their are no tuning changes in newer roms (other than extremely minor afr/timing changes for economy)

If your car has an aftermarket intake its likely the cause.

some old roms attached to TACTRIX post below but I don't think they will help you.
So I've been having the same issues as the OP after installing the Vortech SC and flashing my 2015 Automatic FR-S to a D00D ROM from Moto-East via ECUTek.

The car runs fine with the throttle open when the throttle is closed the rpms dip at idle and the car stalls when I'm stopped in Drive or when I try a warm start in Park unless I keep the throttle open. I've been repeatedly throwing a CEL/SL with some combination of the following ECU DTC codes:

P2271 - O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0171 - System Too Lean Bank 1
P0172 - System Too Rich Bank 1
P2196 - O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich Bank 1 Sensor 1
P117B - Direct Injector Fuel Performance Does not come on DTC
P1170 - Port Injector Fuel Performance Does not come on DTC

I had previously been running a B01 stage 2 Openflash ROM with absolutely no idle issues or CELs.

I've reflashed the D00D tune with a couple updates from Mike and each time ProECU reads and clears the following codes:

P0700 - Transmission Control System (MIL Request)
U0100
C1201
C1294

When I open up the programming tool in ProECU it tells me that the following ROM's are compatible with my ECU:

US BRZ Auto (ZA1J500D)
US BRZ Auto (ZA1J700D)
US BRZ Auto (ZA1J900D)
US BRZ Auto (ZA1JA00D)
US BRZ Auto (ZA1JA01D)
US BRZ Auto (ZA1JB00D)
US BRZ Auto (ZA1JB01D)
US BRZ Auto 2015 (ZA1JD00D)

I don't think my ECU likes the D00D ROM file, even though it is a 2015 Auto, since I did not have any issues with the B01 stage 2 Openflash ROM. I've emailed Mike about trying out a different ROM and am waiting to hear back from him.

Any input would be much appreciated.

If you were using B01D or older ROMs before you can't use D00D or newer ROMs. You will need a B01D ROM.

Depends where in the range. A positive ltft means it is too lean and the ECU is adding fuel. If it's at idle you can increase the injector latency by a few % at a time. There is math to figure it out, if it's 10% ltft at idle you can add 10% of the injector time and add to the latency table. I'd do a percentage scale across the entire map. Opposite for negative.

Thanks for the quick response. So I figured out that my stock ROM was D00D but I had used the Openflash B01D stage 2 ROM. I did not go back to stock before flashing the ECUTek D00D Vortech tune so I think that might be causing issues.

Should I ask my tuner to switch to a B01D ROM? Or should I use Tactrix to go back to the stock D00D and then have my tuner renew the ECUtek license and try the D00D Vortech tune again?
