If you don't mind burning all the tires off from going side way, SURE~ lol
We do have a Most Functional category where battle scars are signs of honor haha.

And good luck getting my stock powered car on 17x9s on 235s sideways for long lol

Which tires do you have? Cuz my current car is stock power and I have 17x9 wheels w 245/40/17 tires for autox. I can go side way 3 corners in a row at autox course. If PSI and tire temps are high, we can go sideways

btw, you said event is at Livermore CA? Kinda funny. I used to live there when I first moved to US.

@finch1750 or anyone else willing to answer.

Extremely stupid question that I could not find the answer to.

Wouldn't it be advantageous to buy lowering springs used since it was already settled in by previous owner? I recall it takes a week or so for new springs to settle in.

No real difference. Springs settle in like a week and are such a small drop your alignment should not be that messed up to hurt you waiting a week.

The advantage is they are cheaper and dont really wear lol

Yah, I spotted a *somewhat* local who's selling the Yellows so I think I might just pull the trigger depending on the price.

Lets see.. All I need is:

- Springs
- LCA
- Camber bolts for front
- Install and alignment

Sounds good? No need for replacement bumpstops? I see they are included if bought springs new.

They are included when new, not sure if RCE sells them by themselves. But yeah your plan looks good for a nice step up in the handling department.
