So I was thinking wonder which head lights everyone seems to like the best

Working on development on custom headlights and if there's enough interest they will be mass produced. Any and all feed back is welcome

2.BRZ

3.FT-86

4.FT-86 Concept II

Would you thing it would be best to go with a chrome or black housing for my set

Correct. Don't know if they'll actually produce them but they have been using them on multiple renders, but they do have a simple yet clean look in my opinion

I like the Greddy one. That one stuck out when I first saw them. I would buy if they produce

Because they are HID's and they have an LED strip in them.

They do look nice.

Yea I know a lot of people like the fact that they have HIDs and led and part of it is blacked out. It sometimes looks a bit cluttered tho. Just my opinion. I know the lights made a lot of people jump ship from frs to brz

I agree. It does look cluttered. I would never jump from my FR-S to get a BRZ, but thats just because of the way I was treated by Subaru.

I will wait and see how PnP HID's do for people. I would Def Get Greddy lights if they released them, but I would never pay 1100 per housing for the GT86 headlights

Exactly at 1100 a piece for gt 86 headlights (not including the electronic) its ridiculous. I know price is a dealer breaker for most

I hope you develop some wicked headlights! But I do like the stock FR-S headlights. There is nothing that I don't like about the car actually

Black for sure and specifically how it has that slit and the light shines behind it creating a silhouette.

Same here!

I remember reading about how Tada-san said the FT86 was more of a FWD design and not a RWD. That's why they had to modify the exterior a lot more than the concept.

Like the one in the image above? Most definitely. Stock halogen FR-S headlights have too much chrome. Same with the taillights, but I'm planning on redding those out soon anyway.

Yeah like the ones in those pics. But I agree with you, the FRS have too much chrome. I wonder how they would look if they were more of a brushed nickel finish. I think that would look pretty decent on all car colors. But yeah you can't go wrong with a black housing either

And yeah a lot of people on either already have or are planning on tinting/wrapping their lights to make them smoked or redded.
