Status of "Scheduled"

Waiting on my BRZ to be delivered, Dealer says its still in the "Scheduled" status and that it needs to go through "Completed" "Released" and "Shipped Truck"

Estimated delivery was 6/14, but not looking that way anymore.

Anyone with any similar status' on their order, maybe shed a little light on the time it took you to get yours?

I got a Scheduled on 6/10 and my BRZ arrived at the dealer today. Flying to Tampa to pick it up tomorrow. So pumped!

My car was scheduled for 6/15 and just showed up last Thursday a full week early. Have hope!!

I wouldn't be so impatient if I wasn't a pedestrian waiting for my new wheels! But thanks for the input guys much appreciated.

My status changed to 'Scheduled' on 5/22 with an eta of 6/18, and then yesterday (6/11) changed to 'Shipped Rail' with the same eta. There's no definite timetable to how the status changes will affect your delivery date. Some people get no updates and the car randomly shows up, others go through the entire status process.

It sucks but I guess that's how it is

I was told I was 3rd on the list, went on Vacation for two weeks, call them for an update today, they said they got three in and they are gone. He said my car is still coming but they are being produced in batches by color. I ordered a silver. Anyone else heard of a similar reason?

Mine just says "in line for production" so yeah I guess its better than waitlist

So "Wait List" basically means the car hasn't even been built yet?

Wait list means a VIN hasn't been assigned, basically that car hasn't arrived in a domestic port yet.

I got switched to "shipped rail" sometime this week aswell. They said saturday or monday, or thursdays are when their trucks normally come. this anticipation is going to be the death of me...

Then why would they have "in line for production" as an option? that would also indicate it's not in port yet.

Exactly. The only 2 pieces of info I have are that it's on the "Wait List", from SoA, and it could arrive anywhere between 5/30 and November, the dealer's words. It'd be one thing if I knew when the car was coming. The fact that no one knows anything other than no later than November is irritating.

Wait List - Means an order has been accepted and is awaiting production/assignment.
Released - Means the car has arrived at a distribution facility and is waiting to be scheduled with a shipper.
Scheduled - Means the car is at a distribution facility and has been assigned to a shipper to be shipped to the dealer.
Shipped Rail & Shipped Truck - Means the car has left the distribution facility by Rail or Truck. For rail cars it will then change to Shipped Truck once it is unloaded at the rail yard. Shipped Truck means it is on the way to the dealer.

Basically once it says Released you should see it in a few days...depending on you distance from the distribution facility.

I've never seen "In Line For Production" anywhere in Subaru's pipeline report...basically if you have a VON, it's in line for production. Once it's built you will see a VIN.

How many cars does your dealer have allocated and of the people going through that particular dealership how many people submitted orders into the SoA system before you?

Correct, it's on Subaru's internal website. (I work at a dealer)

The dealer was getting 4, but I don't know if anyone custom ordered theirs before-hand. I know that there was 1 other person who at least put money down to get one before me. It's weird though, they're getting 2 premiums, 1 scheduled for 6/21 and the other for 7/??, before mine and I don't know about the 4th one that was already claimed.

I only went to that dealer because the dealer in Harrisburg is only getting a premium automatic. I don't know why anyone would want an automatic in this car to be honest.

Well apparently there has been only 1 other person who had done any type of ordering/money down. He did it a month before me and he doesn't have an ETA either. I'd hate to be him. He's been waiting a bit longer, doesn't have an ETA and has to watch to cars that haven't even been claimed arrive before he even has an ETA.(2 Premiums, one silver 6/21, the other ?? color, 7/??). This dealer was apparently allocated 3 and had a 4th mysteriously show up on the allocation list.

I just told the dealer that if I don't have an ETA by the end of July I'll have to explore other options. I think it's ridiculous that 2 cars without buyers show up before the 2 that have paying customers.

man, I put an order in march, still no car, and the dealer is getting a bunch of cars, but none in the right color... this is a killer
