In my experience, Royal Purple tends to be much better for heat resistance on cars that are running at max rpm's. If there is a lot of change in the rev range, the oil doesn't circulate well enough through the motor to keep all of the parts lubricated.

But the people that told me that could've been bs'ing me...either way I'd never choose it over Mobil 1 or the OEM oil since it's in the same category as those and Rotella, Castrol Syntec, & Amsoil.

Oh, yea, they still pump 110 pure gas at Colony on Washington one block south of Broadway@94W, $7.50/gallon = 1:5 mix with 91 should be just right for ME.

It was an absolute blast to see the amazing facility and drive around with everybody. After all the bicyclists, random trucks and ayau pulling a sweet maneuver to stay with us, I'm exhausted.

I'll post up the photos tomorrow morning, most of them turned out great!

Well, I have just signed up for the first AutoX event for my FR-S. I'm hoping I'll have a thousand miles on her before the 24th.

Here is the link- AutoX , it's only $30, and you will need a helmet with Snell Certification. I don't have a spare. (those start around $100)
@ayau wants to go with me and it's always nice to arrive in numbers.

I don't know if I'll be able to, depending on what my gf and I have planned.

And I don't believe they'll allow passengers when competing. But you can come and spectate, I'd enjoy that a lot.

And @GrimmSpeed, I know that weekend is the big ol' MAPerformance Weekend at Brainerd. If you guys keep the BRZ around here, It'd be great to see it compete.
