*Shameless Plug* I finished a little long post on my thoughts on the BRZ at my personal blog. Here's a quote:

I’m not gonna say that one car is better than the other. It’s literally different strokes for different blokes. The WRX is a great car, and more than enough car for a great many people. But for me? No question, the BRZ just feels that much more special. I tell people this: the WRX is an economy car with mustard shot up it’s bottom. The BRZ was built from the ground up to be a a machine of “pure handling delight”. And there’s an inherent feeling in both cars that signify this. In the end that feeling the BRZ portrays is just priceless, and something the WRX or any hot-econo-car can’t portray (although the M3 and 1M say otherwise, and I do have to agree with that). Many have comapred the BRZs ethos to the Porsche Cayman and Boxster, and some go so far as to call the BRZ just that: a budget Cayman. I can’t make that claim, I’ve never driven either (anyone wanna help with that?). But if the BRZ is only half as good as a Cayman, then the Cayman must be one HELL of a car.

I love all the pics you and your friend have taken! Is there any chance we could get them in high res? Wallpaper worthy to me

I post all my photos here at my Flickr in full resolution. You're more than welcome to download them here.

I can't speak for my friend though. :-(

Took the car on a *winding* road today for the first time, and made a blog post about it.

Fixed these up a bit due to white balance being a bit off. Had a very purple hue to it. Also did a lil somethin' somethin'

Purple hue? Um I don't know, maybe my screen or browser is different but I don't see a tinge of purple in my pictures. And personally, in my eyes your re-edited pictures look too washed out for my tastes. If you wanted true to life colors I'm sorry, I wasn't exactly shooting/editing for that in the first place. I'm sorry to come off annoyed, but I didn't expect anyone to tell re-edit my pictures and tell me I shot them wrong. And if that's not what you're saying, then I apologize for assuming so.

I meant around the car. The color was reflecting more purple than blue. Idk maybe its me but this one pic felt a little darker since it was taken on the shadow side.

Also I just felt like lowering it since this angle is sooo nice

Oh okay, I didn't notice the lowering of the car, haha. That's cool.

The colors could be due to the fact that I up the saturation in PS on most of the photos I take because artistically that's what I like, colors that pop. I know a lot of people don't like that, but hey, I shouldn't have to apologize for my tastes.

Haha np, screens are all different, and so are tastes!

I increased contrast, vibrance, saturations, brightness, and some exposure in my attempt to make the grass and surroundings pop as well. I see what you were trying to do though
