Social media is terrible. It's only good for confirming that some of my acquaintances are dumber than they look.

LMAO that reminds me. Last year, my friend was saying that, he doesn't need winter tires to drive around and winter tires are for chumps that doesn't know how to drive. Ironically, I just read his post asking if anyone is selling winter tires. karma is bitch lmao

I've had my winter tires on for the last three weeks, and since then it's been alternating between 40F and 70F every day. Squishy. Squishy squishy.

it doesn't get cold enough frequently or long enough for me to need "winter tires". just think of all the money you'd save just buying one set of tires and the time you'd save not having to shovel your driveways and roads. not to mention all the other winter car prep stuff. on top of that other various extra winter related things.
no thanks jeff. |

Even though we see freezing weather and a little snow and ice, Austin is not set up for dealing with it. So if we get more than 12 snowflakes or more that 0.001" of ice, the whole town shuts down. Usually the roads are too warm (except on the flyovers and bridges) to allow anything to stick more than a few hours anyway.
Not so Amarillo; they just got hammered this past weekend.

Funny that just did a google search and found that exact quote: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/religion /rɪˈlɪdʒən/ noun 1. yada yada yada..... 5. something of overwhelming importance to a person: football is his religion So he was just quoting the online dictionary.... |

yeah he took the 5th definition of a word being used as an expression to show someone's passion for football. try telling Uncle Sam that football is your religion by deducting your season tickets, team gear or whatever and you'll find yourself locked up for tax evasion quicker than Brady can deflate a football.

If this was the true definition of religion, then my car is a religion of mine and many others on this forum. If that is the case almost everything we talk about is against the rules as a religious discussion. AT vs MT is almost as bad though.

I believe that is the exact point he was trying to make but got him banned. So be careful.

I'm the most patient mod here. I'm taking ridiculous shit from everyone before banning anyone & wanna bring this pointless shit again? FYI Stugray was banned by our boss Hachi. How many BS posts were posted here? I've let it go, but guess what? Our boss didn't. Prob banned him for annoying the fuck out all the mods. Sorry for swearing, but enough is enough. Would it be considered "weird" if UPS hasn't showed up to pick up nor drop off packages from my workplace and we always get/send out packages...... I was expecting an important package aka EVERYONE'S CHECKS and they haven't showed up and they normally are here nor later than 10:30 am.... it's 1:20pm.
