Wouldn't look awful but the cutout covers just make the whole things look cheap. Perhaps if they were molded or it had its own custom bumper.

Toyota offers one on the 14R60 edition. Not sure if available aftermarket, and if so its at TRD markup costs.

The last pic is my car i have since redone the exhaust to 3in with dual 5in tips! I am on AirLift Suspension so what you see here is aired out for hardparking. When i drive i am 1 in below stock.
