Showstoppers USA FR-S has arrived!

I actually got this on Monday! Been driving it around since and loving it. So far so good. I opted out for Red as white was unavailable.

FYI - If anyone is looking for an FR-S in the socal area I dealt with George at Toyota of Glendale. (213) 458-6510. Gave me mine with no bullshit and no markup.

Planning lots of things! First thing first though we wanted a little more power so we called Myles Bautista, owner of Rev Hard and hes going to take the car in next week and build a supercharger kit for it. Hes thinking about 30 days for him to get a kit together so stay tuned for dyno numbers!

Follow us on Facebook! Just search ShowstoppersUSA.com and we are going to be updating a lot on there as well as on here. Nice to meet you all!

30 days! You must have a lot of patience cause I'd be driving it for a while before I start modifying it and being without it for a month. Then you will know what the car feels like, stock and compare afterwards. I'm not that familiar with boxer engines but will this one need any internal work done to it before boost can be applied such as forged pistons and sleeves? It already has a high compression ratio.

Congrats on the car!

Supercharging seemed like the way to go due to the 11 to 1 compression ratio. He will check out the Rods though which were our only concern, otherwise this motor seems to be good.

The CR is 12.5:1, not 11:1.

Can't wait to see the s/c'er kit. Centrifugal or roots? And what are you tuning on?

I'm very excited for a supercharger. I wonder how much of a gain it'll give.

You've never heard of Rev Hard, Godzilla35?

Keep us posted with that supercharger development. If it works out well, would they consider producing kits for more customers? I have a feeling the HKS kit is gonna be $$$$$

Congrats
I believe it's a 12.5 to 1 compression ratio as stated by another member.

AWESOME! I'm so anxious, been to so many dealers and no one has a white one with manual. Test drove a few though, yes they're slow, but i expected it. Plenty of potential and they handle like a porsche

Not exactly sure on the specs yet they are going to break it down and see what can be done! Thanks for the correction I will make sure to note that.

Ahahah we always do this! Hey someones gotta be the guinea pig =P Im enjoying the car as much as I can right now but we got a lot of work to do to get some parts out!

And hopefully no blown motor, were gonna run a toned down street version first and build a race version later once we do testing on the street.

Yes sir this is the R&D vehicle. Once all the kinks are worked out this kit will be mass produced.

I heard the same about the HKS kit! Hopefully they take it a little easier on the pricing.

Im really surprised how good it handles! Been pushing it more and more now and its a mini beast! Cant wait to drop it. If you are in the socal area try giving George a call his number is in the first post. He just got a white one as of yesterday, not sure if it was mt or at.
