Understandable. Gotta do what makes sense for business. Just curious, why Is one product powdercoated and the other anodized? Is it because of tolerances?

Simple, stainless steel can't be anodized.

Regarding the leather wrap that's in the works, do you anticipate it'll be an interchangeable cover that'l swap onto the current offerings? I really want to buy one of these, but I know I'll want leather later on...

Maybe in a future generation of these if you decided a perfectly round sphere or smooth, flush top was ideal then you could have the core pertrude from the cover or notch the core at the top. Im sure a smooth transition would feel like butter on the hand or thumb.

I received my Sphere cover today. The quality is great, as expected! My hands are on the small side and IMO it feels a lot better than the giant Top cover that I was previously using.

Also, I think the pictures exaggerate the protruding lip of the cover along the dome of the core. You can barely feel the lip when you actually hold the shift knob from the top.

I'll keep using this Sphere cover until the leather wrapped cover is released and then Raceseng can take my money again.

Here are some crappy phone pictures I took:

Do you have a stock knob next to it that you can use for a comparison?

Here you go (more shitty HTC M8 phone pics):

It's not much bigger than the stock knob diameter wise, but it is significantly taller because of the length of the weighted core (about 3/8 inch taller). I hope this helps.

Just installed mine today. Feels great! It sits a little higher than stock, but its not a dramatic difference
