Interested in y'alls input on how the ND stacks up. It's on BFGs but still you guys should have a very close look about how it's doing.

I wish it gave us a more accurate measure of what to expect for the car. Hollis is obviously an alien but that was his first time in the car.

I talked to Andy afterwards and he said it was really hamstrung by the gearing today. He's hopeful that it will do better on the West course tomorrow.

My car was hamstrung by the driving. :sad panda:

Congratulations to Dave for giving the FR-S its first Solo National Championship win.

Toyota had a pretty good weekend in the Street classes with 6 FR-S in the top 10 and the win in C Street and 6 Spyders plus a 2nd Gen Mr2 in the top 10 and the win in E street.

Awesome job Dave!

with the best BRZ finish in CS coming in at #29, I'm curious. Do the TRD bar and springs advantage make that much of a difference? Guys at the Nats and other regulars here, could you chip in about what could've contributed to such a huge difference?

Many brz owners gave up after the TRD parts came out. But yes the TRD setup does help and makes a difference.

It seems like the BRZ owners may have went to STX based on the fact that most the top finishers there were driving the Subaru twin.

Difficult to say because a lot of BRZ owners jumped ship or went to STX. It definitely makes a difference but how much is the real question.

Definitely not 2.5 seconds worth. A couple tenths probably.

Thanks guys! I appreciate the support and all the congrats, handshakes, etc in the paddock. It was cool to meet the other FRS/BRZ guys at Nats this year and I'm looking forward to more close racing next year. We got a cool group photo afterwards (good thing the bleachers didn't break....). I'll post it if I get a copy.
