Well I ordered on 7/24. (I said 7/25 in a previous post, but looked at my invoice and the calender- it was a Friday 7/24) I was told that they expected it to ship by 7/31. It is now 8/7 and nothing. I have a small road trip next week I won't have this for. I'm ok with waiting, but only if you go into it knowing there will be a wait. I sure hope this is worth the wait, I'm pretty disappointed I won't have it for my trip. I have read several others reports on this forum of customers receiving their systems in three and four days, I guess that is what I expected. Customer service is more than kind words, following through on delivery dates is also customer service. OEMaudioplus doesn't get high marks at all in that respect. Still waiting for a solid idea when this will ship. And waiting...
edit: I should add that they said they will be doing an upgrade for my wait, new rear speakers to go with the reference package. Still no kit though. Last edited by twag4; 08-07-2015 at 10:58 AM. Reason: more info |

Customer service has been top notch ever since I contacted them about a shipping date estimate. I got a call back today with an update and shipping date, so definitely care about keeping you in the loop and doing whatever they can. A few goodies were thrown in as well to smooth over the rough patch with the delay, could not be happier.
These guys care about their customers, and reputation. You get the idea that they wish to keep their reputation excellent, and that means going out of their way without even asking them to. All good in my book.

Just wanted to add my good experience. My basic kit was also delayed, and they bumped me up to the reference kit for free. More than happy to wait as a result! They've been very communicative in the mean time.

Update: I'm on the road, but my kit is supposed to deliver to my house tomorrow. I have a tracking number and everything. It will be three weeks to the day since I ordered. OEM Audio Plus really has been good with communication. The wait was kind of long, but Daniel has been exceptionally kind and responsive to my concerns and gripes. If the system works half as well as everyone says, I believe this will end up being a very worthwhile experience and purchase.
