Well you did inquire about it asking for it to be shipped to your or else how would he have your shipping address?

You're both in some kind of wrong.

But why ask him to pay for return shipping. Simply refuse the package no cost to you he eats original shipping.

I asked for a quote. Nothing more. I'm not at home, so refusing a package isn't that simple.

As long as nobody picks it up it should be sent back. You may be able to get in touch with Canada Post beforehand to inform them.

I don't know either of you, but you can't expect him to not mention it in public after not receiving a reply for awhile. It's sort of your responsibility to get in touch with him somehow if your phone gets busted after telling him to contact you that way while you're up north.

The way I see it, he should've been more careful but he is absolutely not in the wrong for bringing it up on your post.

Just make sure to call them up after the failed delivery and refuse the package. Chalk this one up as a misunderstanding and everyone can just enjoy life :P.

For what it's worth I have dealt with and met Bergen before. He seemed like a real straight up guy, former military as I recall. And, he definitely is working in the oil fields.
I think the seller made an error for sending product without receiving payment. Hopefully the two will make some resolution. UMB FR-S, had I shipped product before receiving payment I am sure i'd have encountered similar situations to yours multiple times. The deal's not done until they pay you, like it or not. Shipping prematurely is something I have never encountered.

I have also had people bust out on deals when they were supposed to meet me at a specific time, without phone calls or any notice. It's not cool, but again I wouldnt give them anything before payment.

You can't really point a finger at Bergen in this case.

i have personally met and dealt with Bergen. Amazing guy to deal with and would not hesitate to deal with him again.

Funnily enough, both people chiming in here, I bought OFT's from.

Doesn't look like I'll be selling, I went against better judgement and installed the headers I recently got. Need the OFT for the stg 2 tune.
