Who has successfully moved their thermostat/ outside thermometer sensor with this kit and oil cooler? To where and pictures please? Yes I would like mine to work and be close to accurately having the correct temperature outside. Sorry but it was not 119 in Salem today, 100 but not 119. Thanks in advance. We did attempt to move it as for to the passenger side as possible

You're making 240 wheel with exhaust and a tune?

I'm guessing he meant JRSC with full exhaust and custom tune?

Went and found the for sale thread, looks like he's got 180 wheel with exhaust and tune. Which is about what the baseline dyno was.

@Jmonty: This is what I did

I have no idea why my picture attachments are not showing up though but I think my description describes exactly what I did fairly decently. I'm typically reading within 3 degrees of what my geolocation weather app says even in 110 degree Vegas heat after the temp sensor relocation and techstream temp adjustment.

Just finished installing my kit today and I cannot get the driver side tabs under the headlights to pop in all the way. The foglamp housing is the culprit for sure and I tried moving the piping around. I got it to be okay but it's not perfect. Is this a common issue?

I hear the EcuTek carb tune is supposed to come with 2 pages of install instructions. Anyone know where to find it? I'm searching but not luck so far.

My instructions where not included.

Yeah, mine pokes out pretty far. But I was lazy and didn't try to fix it

Use a piece of play or play-doh to see if you actually have contact. Fog lights should not be touching the charge piping. If it is, you need to re-adjust the pipe.

Bumper re-installation alone is one of the major reasons why professional installation can be cheaper than a DIY installation; replacing that front bumper and clips due to damage caused during bumper removal can be expensive.

You should have 2 pages stapled together that is included, but separate, with EcuTek instructions. If you can't find it I can scan it for you when I get back from the track tonight.

Hook everything up, install software.

Go through the menus, and select "apply license update" and select the default file, then hit ok.

Then auto-detect ECU, and then select Program ECU.

On the next screen, select your CARB tune (appropriate for year and transmission), and hit program ECU.

Follow on-screen prompts, and you should be good to go.
