What are the plans on where it gets mounted?

Does it get ample airflow down there? The BRZ's grill doesn't have much of an opening around that area.

I have to say one thing though. There are a bunch of other kits out there and I went with JDL because of the way they handled some of the customers on this site. Well and their kit is very well designed.

Mine was missing a few parts so I called them up to let them know. Oh...and I also got a call today letting me know my stuff would arrive and to let them know if I had any questions.

Anyway, I have never in my life had such a good customer service experience getting the issues resolved. Not even close. Short of them packing stuff and driving it to me (which is unreasonable) they handled it amazingly.

Either this or you get a front mount one which basically blocks or intercooler or sits behind it blocking more of your AC condenser and or radiator. I personally think it's best to mount in this location the passenger fender area.

Dang. I've got aftermarket fogs that I want to keep on the car. I might have to do some work in that area somehow.

Going to get a replacement fog light bezel thingy so I don't have to cut mine open to make room for the oil cooler. I now have the little LED strip there.

Remember this @Rybot, the reason was to open a whole in one and use to provide airflow to the oil cooler.

I just cut out all the solid part of the mesh "logos". Did the same for my front bumper as i didn't want to remove the grill but wanted more airflow. Took some time but still looks factory.

The FRS's grill goes much wider down low, so I'm not sure cutting on the BRZ's grill will prove as useful.

Pics soon. I have one of the manifold and turbo but that's it so far. I went with the GTX version.

How did you do your fans? I hacked off the passenger side connector from the stock fan and soldered it on to the slim fan. Then went to do the other side and realized the connector is part of the fan. So that won't work. And the driver side doesn't have an obvious ground. I'll have to dl the manual for that one.

And the important parts. I'm really tempted to the polish the turbo but I reeeeaaally hate doing that.
