Yes, check the Subaru VIN thread(s). At least one in each MD, PA, and VA.

I don't have my VIN yet but Koons Tysons Toyota/Scion contacted me yesterday to let me know my car will be available sometime in the week of June 4th.

Relatively meaningless update:

Dealer actually had a VIN to give me when I called and asked for it. I can only assume it's my VIN as I told them I was going to use it for insurance purposes haha. Who knows, maybe one of you guys is lucky enough that I'll be insuring your car for you!

Thought I saw you pre-ordered at Beyer, right?

I'm #3 at Beyer and SoA gave me an ETA of June today. They couldn't give an exact date or a VIN, but did have a June ETA for what it's worth.

Just got off the phone with Mike's Johnson's Toyota in Hickory NC and they have two Firestorms in auto on the lot. Talked to a John there who was very helpful. Still trying to find a manual myself.

Modern Toyota in NC got their car this morning but they have a long waiting list and its already sold. It is on the showroom till Saturday morning for all to see though.

That's odd. GMU-BRZ is #2, and he said SoA didn't have an update for him either. Hopefully they just haven't processed all the cars in the shipment, and they'll have good news for both of you.

Matt told me a month and some change ago that Suabru's allocation system bumped me up one spot. Maybe our spots changed again. If i was bumped up, then it seems to be that the allocation number is driven by more factors than simply when you requested an order relative to other people.

Also, why aren't you buying your car in MD, and saving yourself $300 in processing fees?

My VON status just changed from "wait list" to "ordered"
Zgrinch's heart is starting to grow.....

Anybody have any timelines on how long it took your order to go from "ordered" status to actually getting a VIN and ETA. I'm hopeful that I will see my new BRZ by the end of June.

No clue on timeframe but that's exactly what happened to me. "Ordered" with no VIN or ETA.
